Rough and tough session – Leg Day Ladder 1:
1. Squat Flip Ginga x 10
2. Sumo Squats x 15
3. Alternating Crab Bridges x 10
4. Single Leg Deadlift to Lunge x 10/10 – Reverse 1st rd. | Forward 2nd rd.

Rough and tough session – Leg Day Ladder 2 (2nd Rd.- Double Ladder):
1. Double loaded clean to side 2 side lunges x 10 by the cleans
2. Closed stanced front loaded squats x 15
3. Single Leg pick up dead lifts x 20
