Hello everyone!!

Today Morning I have done
a cardio section on my Facebook lives (Link is mentioned below).
Its a Basic starters aerobics class.

Also for a lot of you, who finally got to the gym with a lot of effort, it will be twice as hard to get back once you lose the flow!!

Continuity is important!

These videos are for you to PROGRESS DAILY!! With even lesser daily activity now remember that you are burning even fewer calories than before, and your body is moving less!

So don’t be lazy just get those shoes on and at least try. We will succeed and make this inspirational for all the other lazy bums around us.
