Vitamin C Infusion- What Happened?

Today is day 10 of my cancer journey, I met with a doctor on Tuesday and tried and Vitamin C infusion through an IV and it didn’t go well. Any nurses that have any opinion? Or anyone familiar with high dose vitamin C advice?
