The vitamins seem fine, but I really dislike the packaging. Each packet is hard to open, and the capsules stick inside. I will not order again because of this inconvenience.
I took these vitamin’s for a month and could tell a difference in the way I felt, so I will order some more. I liked the convenience of the packets, they made the vitamin’s easy to travel with.
I have seen so many improvements in my health since taking these. I have completed 30+ days. My nails are growing out. My hair is softer. I feel better.

Excellent product. Ingredients you need and nothing else. I look at all other products with so called super foods and wonder how many of these or beneficial. If you don’t feel anything why bother. With smarternutrition I feel great!
