LEMON ORANGE GINGER TEA

Cut two slices of lemon.
Squeeze out the juice and place in a mug.
Do the same for the orange.
Cut off a small piece of ginger root and peel it.
Grate the ginger, then add it to the mug.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to taste.
Pour boiling water into a mug and leave for 10 minutes.
Enjoy!

LEMON MINT CINNAMON TEA

Cut one slice from a lemon.
Squeeze out the juice and place in a mug.
Wash fresh mint and add 3 small sprigs to the mug.
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar (to taste).
Add 1 stick of cinnamon and cover with boiling water.
Let the drink brew for 10 minutes.
