These vitamins are high quality. Theyre very potent and include antioxidants. They are very big. I just make sure I take them with a lot of water to get them down.
I like that these are iron free, because as long as you dont have anemia you dont need iron. Its actually bad to have too much iron. These are very affordable.

I have been taking these vitamins for awhile now, but I couldn’t find the Iron-Free in a 90 count bottle at my local health food store. I decided to look on Amazon and glad I did. Not only did I find them, but at a substantially cheaper price.
First of all, I just want to say, thanks for making a great iron-free multi-vitamin! Those are not always easy to come by. My only complaint is with the new formula change, the magnesium has been reduced. Any chance this will change in the future?
I love super nutrition brand of vitamins for many reasons such as the cost its food based so its all natural organic no dyes or preservatives in addition it is easy to digest other vitamins make my stomach hurt.
I recommend you take it with food and drink lots of water or your pee will be neon yellow it also has so many vitamins and minerals that other multiple vitamins dont have I will continue to take super nutrition vitamins daily highly recommended
Kinda big but for the quality of the product I’m willing to swallow a bigger pill. Provided great energy. Peace of mind knowing it’s non gmo gluten free and dye free. Have a nice punch of energy too! Will be subscribing for ongoing use.
I have taken so many vitamins over the years and this works better than anything Ive ever taken! Im probably this companies biggest fan. I dont take the time to write reviews very often but this product is worth the effort.
