These are great… have more energy & stamina since I started taking them. Have also noticed my skin is a lot softer.

My sublingual allergy drops are more effective since taking it and I have been able to stop taking an additional allergy medicine on top of it, although its still necessary I take an OTC antihistamine but thats standard for more than half of the population where I live.
Despite Quarantine lockdown which kept me out of my CrossFit gym, Ive now returned and muscle and joint discomfort which I sometimes felt has also subsided, despite being unable to do my regular stretching and mobility routine at the gym after our return.
