The most effective immune booster I have tried, Source Naturals Wellness Formula has been a staple in my house for years.
Taken at the first sign of illness, it really seems to either ward off the illness entirely or at least shorten the course — however its important to take it at the FIRST SIGN.
Taken a day later, it isnt as effective. I used to take the tablets however these capsules are much easier to swallow and more pleasant tasting. Great product — highly recommended!
I’ve been using this product since I worked in a vitamin department of a health food store almost a decade ago! This is completely anecdotal, but anytime I’ve been starting to feel sick, this formula has stopped the cold in its tracks!
You have to take a lot though (I take 3 capsules 4-5x a day). I’m not taking it right now because I’m breastfeeding, but my husband also has the same experience!
One warning – you may burp cayenne flavor! But in my opinion it’s totally worth it 🙂
This formula is especially useful during flu season, to boost the bodys natural immune system. I take it prophylactically if I know Im going to be on an airplane or in close contact with people who might be sick.
