Summertime Deck Fitness

I took my usual in-home workout outside to my deck today! This is my typical Monday/Thursday workout and it is on 3x speed as you can see. I wanted to share this with you all to show you don’t need a lot of space or equipment to get a total body workout in and get the heart pumping. I certainly got cardio and strength training with a dose of Vitamin d this morning! I had sunblock on of course! Safety doesn’t just include footing, alignment and muscles, it total safety including skin too.
