Reps till you arms fall off – Chest Shoulder Triceps Ladder 1:
1. Pushup to Plank Lateral Raise x 5DC
2. Close grip chest press x 15
3. Squat to Arnold Press x 15
4. DB Lateral Raises x 15

Reps till you arms fall off – Chest Shoulder Triceps Ladder 2:
1. Standard chest press to overhead pull over x 15
2. Front raise drop downs x 10dc
3. Wide grip pushups x 10
4. Bent over rear delt flyes x 15
5. Side plank vertical raise x 10/10
