Onions are rich in vitamin c, Rich in B vitamins (B9),(B6), good source of potassium.
Ingredients required
Onions 100gms, urad dal 1 tablespoon, red chilli 7, tamarind 1 gooseberry size and salt to taste.
Preparation
Heat 2 teaspoons of gingely oil add urad dal and fry it then add tamarind, red chilli, asafoetida, and salt. Allow it to cool. Then add everything to the mixer to grind add water if required to grind. Onion thuvaiyal is ready.
