Dear viewers I just wanted relief! Although I tried Nystatin and countless steroid creams given by doctors and dermatologists along with expensive skin care products these two creams helped me bring the APPEARANCE under control. I do not credit them for curing me but they gave me hop while I discovered what to eliminate from my diet and life to NOT have to deal with breakouts anymore. ++++I no longer need to use these anymore (three years free, but I keep these tubes…they are like a security blanket for me)+++
I struggled with seb derm 2009-2015. Then a little breakout in 2016. When I would have breakouts RX CREAMS: Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP .1% (Very strong, only used when desperate and minimally. I applied to corners of my cracked lips which were related to an allergy and NOT a vitamin deficiency.) DESONIDE CREAM 0,05% (I applied thin amount once daily after cleansing to rash, until it faded). I credit Dr. Zhu for improving my quality of life. I had under gone allergy prick testing but it was the patch testing that helped me reduce my exposure to the things causing my inflammatory reactions. —–Over time I got better and better. Stopping all multi-vitamin and supplements which was hard for me…I had been conditioned into thinking I absolutely needed them to supplement my diet and be a healthy person.
