• An overview of the immune system and its role in health maintenance;
• How to support optimal innate immune function in the light of viral concerns;
• How poor gut health and chronic inflammatory states impair immune function leading to a higher risk for viral infection and severity;
• Nutritional strategies to support and balance optimal immune function.

As a Hawthorn graduate, Stacey Baganz holds an MS in Holistic Nutrition and is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition through the NANP. She owns her private practice, PC Edge, in Park City, UT where she helps individuals achieve their maximum potential while ensuring long-term health. Stacey combines her background in clinical and holistic nutrition with her knowledge in functional laboratory interpretation and nutritional genetics to bring a deeper understanding of what her clients need.

Living in Park City also allows Stacey the opportunity to work with athletes at all levels. She has a special interest in how nutrition supports and drastically improves performance outcomes, and prevents future health problems. When she’s not working, Stacey can be found hiking and skiing in the mountains near her home, or sitting on the sidelines at one of her son’s baseball games.
