David Laid Goes Vegan? What About Protein?

David Laid recently posted to Instagram claiming that he has been following a vegan diet for the last month and overall he has benefited off of the diet feeling stronger and more energetic. However he does claim to be experiencing some issues including weight loss and a difficulty consuming enough protein. In this video I discuss some of the ways David Laid and others can plan a plant based diet to avoid potential pitfalls and make the transition easier.
