Today I am showing a Weight Loss Recipe. It is very easy to make and healthy to drink.

Procedure:

Place a tea kettle on stove and add 2 glasses of water. Add 1 tspn of Flax and Sabja seeds(Use soaked seeds for good result at least for 20 minutes). Add 2 inches of crushed Ginger. Boil this until the water is rolling boiling state. Switch off the stove and then add 4 tspns of honey and 1 full lime juice. Mix it well until honey melts. Remove ginger piece aside and serve it hot.

Directions of Use: Have this drink when it is in lukewarm. For good result for weight loss have it at least 1 month early in the morning with empty stomach.

Lemon: Lemon has more Citric acid. It is rich in Vitamin C. It works as an Antioxidant. It controls our body Cholesterol. It acts as an immunity booster. Also helps to prevent Galbladder stones.

Flax Seeds: Flax seeds are rich in protiens, Fibre and Vitamins. Basically sea foods contain Omega3. Flax seeds are high in Omega3. It also improves cholesterol and immunity.

Sabja (Basil) Seeds: It cools our body heat and helps to cleanse our body.

This drink helps to clear toxins from our body. Cleanses waste from our body. Gives a healthy and wrinkle free skin. It helps to control throat infections,cold,cough etc., It also helpful to resist our body from both viral and Bacterial infections. Totally it is a good immunity booster.
