Weak Immune System in Adults

When the immune system does not function properly, it can attack tissues of the body itself and cause certain autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis or type 1 diabetes.
The protection of your body is governed by what we all know as the immune system.
The immune system changes throughout life. As we get older, Changes may occur as much slower responses by the system, which increases the risk of disease.
If you feel tired continuously and your body asks you to stay home, it may be a clear sign that your immune system defenses are low.

Number 3 Infections and frequent colds
A possible symptom of a weakened immune system is also having frequent infections and minor colds. The most common in this case are urine infections, red or inflamed gums and diarrhea.

Pollen or dust are examples of agents around us that can cause allergies, however, if they are very frequent they also become a possible symptom that you can have a fairly weak immune system. Level of stress
The defenses are in better condition when it leads a relaxed and very calm life. Stress, anxiety and nerves do not let our body rest as it should, and this also cause more fatigue. Avoid each of these stressful situations or mitigate them with relaxation techniques like listening to relaxing music or a sport.

Hygiene and cleanliness
Maintaining good hygiene will keep us away from external agents that cause disease. Actions like washing our hands several times a day or washing our food well before cooking can help a lot to have truly healthy defenses.

Take care of our diet
It is essential to maintain a varied and highly balanced diet at all times, rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, and low in sugar, fat and alcohol. There are various essential vitamins for our defenses, such as vitamin C, which is easily found in citrus fruits.
To ensure that the levels of vitamins that help your defenses are correct, it is also recommended to add vitamin supplements to your diet and thus always have your defenses at 100%. While we are adults, our immune system will become more fragile every day, and for this reason our habits should be much more cared for and brought to the foot of their true application in our lives.

You may also want to follow the Mediterranean diet, – it is reducing the consumption of red meat and meat products in favor of fish, vegetables and fruits.

Maintaining a healthy and fresh diet will not only increase your confidence in your body, but will also promote good health with respect to your immune system. The truth is that your body will thank you for this decision in your most fragile years!
