It has Elderberry, Vitamin C, Beta Glucan, and Mushrooms which should boost my immune system especially at this time with covid19.
Easy to swallow, doesnt task bad going down like some vitamins. Boosting immune system is very crucial in our day an age with all the crazy covid-19 so anything that might help is great.
