Cytokine release syndrome (CRS) or cytokine storm syndrome (CSS)
Occurs when large numbers of white blood cells are activated and release inflammatory cytokines, which in turn activate yet more white blood cells. Severe cases have been called cytokine storms.

Who are people who will have high inflammation markers?

C-reactive protein (CRP)
CRP is synthesized by the liver in response to factors released by macrophages and fat cells (adipocytes).

CRP binds to the phosphocholine expressed on the surface of dead or dying cells and some bacteria.

Allicin
Produced in garlic cells, allicin is released upon disruption, producing a potent characteristic scent when garlic is cut or cooked.

Is it too late for people to change their health and go plant based to help with this pandemic?

What should we be focused on to stay healthy!
Avoid animal products
Favor high fiber foods
Keep oils low
Avoid sugar and chocolate

Minimize caffeine and alcohol
Take a B vitamin daily

Exercise
Get plenty sleep
And get some sunlight
