1. Bicycle Crunch
2. Half Sit-ups
3. Mountain Climber
4. Leg raises
5. Side Plank with Dip
6. Plank

Important Note: Perform all exercise one after the other for 45 sec and complete 1 Circuit.
After completing 1 circuit –
– Rest Interval between every circuit is 1-2 minutes.
Then Repeat the same and Do 4 -5 Rounds as per your fitness level.

You can perform the same workout 3 times a week.
