Doctors who know, do see benefits from food vitamin supplements

In December 2013, yet another study came out condemning the consumption of (synthetic) multiple vitamin/mineral formulas. Various doctors, without specific expertise in clinical nutrition, have cited this study as well as others as ‘proof’ that few people can benefit from nutritional supplements. But this goes against a lot of published science. It also ignores the factor that synthetic vitamin and mineral formulas contain chemicals that are not naturally found in real food. Results prove that people who take properly advised nutritional supplements made from foods improve.
