Today in the market we see so many different products claiming their excellent immune boosting potential. However, boosting immunity is not a day or some days of task.
In fact it’s very complicated yet simple if carefully worked. There are number of different kind of cells in the immune system of human body. Each respond to different types of microbes, viruses in so many different ways. So which should to increase, how to increase? Its bit complicated. There are number of factors that affect. In this lecture the efforts have been made to list various food constituents that can help boost immunity. All the discussions are based on scientific findings!
