My Take On #75HARD | 75 Day Mental WELLNESS Challenge…#75LOVE | Maintaining Mental Health in 2020

Howdy, sunshine! Today, I’m sharing with you a 75 day challenge that I have decided to take on this week. It’s all about body kindness, mental wellness, and self-empowerment!

Here are the “guidelines”…
1. Do not weigh yourself
2. Honor your hunger – eat when hungry, stop when full.
3. Move your body! Pick physical activity that makes you happy 🙂
4. Read! Slow down and pick up that book you’ve been wanting to dig into!
5. Healthy habit of your choice…start a morning routine, call a loved one, pick a craft…whatever you want/need.
