NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES IN VEGAN DIET- (B12, Vitamin A and D, Omega 3, Iodine, etc)

This video goes into vitamins and minerals necessary to our body which are missing in a vegan diet, and the vegan options for getting them. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. Clinical trials and articles are below. If you have info to add, please share! My intention in this video is to prevent especially young people who hear veganism is healthy from just going on the diet with no planning and ending up with extreme nutritional deficiencies and health problems (like I did). I am not an anti-vegan. I love vegans. I just think that the diet is presented in a misleading way and can be very dangerous especially for those with little knowledge.
