INGREDIENTS
Turmeric half tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Tulsi leaves 10 to 12
Cinnamon Stick 1
honey / jaggery 1 tsp
Black pepper 9 to 10
Cloves 4
Lemon juice 1 tsp
3 cups of water

How to Make the Immunity Boosting Tea?
-Take 3 cups of water
– keep the heat mild
– add chopped tulsi leaves , turmeric & Ginger
– Let it simmer for 5 minutes
– Add cinnamon, clove & black pepper powder
– Mix everything and let it simmer for another 5 minutes
& reduce some water.
– Now strain it into 2 cups
– Add half tsp lemon juice to each cup
– Also, add 1/2 tsp honey to each cup
